The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) undertook a Community Issues Assessment for the Big White Community, in partnership with the Government of British Columbia. We wanted to find out from property owners, residents and businesses at Big White about the level of services currently provided by the RDKB and ideas and information about possible future services and changes that owners and business may wish to see at Big White.
