Minutes are not taken at Town Hall meetings. To view the presentation that was given at the Area C/Christina Lake meeting, go to the Town Hall page and you can find it there.

Hi Raelene. The public can attend ANY board meeting. If you want to join any of the meetings by zoom, you will need to contact Anitra Winje our corporate officer to get sent the zoom link. Her e-mail is corporate@rdkb.com. When they are being held in-person you can attend too. Make sure you find out in advance whether it is an in-person board meeting taking place at RDKB's Trail or Grand Forks offices or a zoom only one. Typically, the first meeting of the month is zoom only and the second meeting of the month is a hybrid, with in person venues alternating between GF and Trail. Next Wednesday's BOD meeting is being held in GF and by Zoom. The inaugural statutory meeting (with the newly elected & appointed directors) will be in Trail on November 9th. Best to check the meeting calendar on the homepage of our website just in case any are rescheduled: RDKB Meeting Calendar - Calendar
