The RDKB Building Inspection Services Department aims to provide professional, responsive customer service that meets the needs of our clients in each of our regional building communities. To help us meet this goal, please take our two-minute survey to tell us how we are doing and what we can improve.

RDKB Building Inspection Services regulates the BC Building and Plumbing Codes and the RDKB Building Bylaw to ensure that Structural, Health and Fire Life Safety provisions are administered fairly and consistently throughout the regional district. The department is made up of building and plumbing officials, plan checkers and administrative staff.

The survey will remain open until October 31, 2018. We will share survey results on this project page, and inform you how your feedback helped us to improve our service.
