Whos Listening

Brian manages the RDKB's Building Inspection Services Department with staff in Trail and Grand Forks, BC to serve the Kootenay and Boundary sides of the region. Brian is a Registered Building Official both in BC and across Canada (RBO, CRBO). Brian initiated this customer service survey because he and his staff want to make sure the RDKB is always working to improve their services to regional residents.
