Mark Andison in the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary Chief Administrative Officer. The CAO is the administrative head of the RDKB and responsible for day to day operations, which include managing staff and acting as the primary advisor to the Board of Directors.  The Board provides direction to the CAO through bylaws, policies and overall strategy.
